Caleb University Admission Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Caleb University Admission Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the affiliate program.
   • Registration requires providing accurate and complete personal information. Any false information provided during registration will result in immediate deactivation and forfeiture of any unclaimed earnings.
2. Registration Requirements:
   • Affiliates must upload a well-taken passport-sized photograph during the registration process. The photograph must be clear, recent, and depict the affiliate’s face. The use of animated objects or any other materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities:
   • Affiliates are responsible for promoting Caleb University in an ethical and professional manner.
   • Affiliates must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any other form of unethical marketing practices.
   • Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of their unique affiliate link and account information.
4. Earnings and Payouts:
   • Affiliates will earn commissions for every student who successfully apply through their unique affiliate link.
   • Commissions will be tracked and recorded in the affiliate’s account.
   • A service fee of ₦500 shall be deducted from the payout for each referral converted.
   • Payouts will be made at the end of each month, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold.
5. False Information:
   • If it is discovered that an affiliate has supplied false information during registration, their account will be immediately deactivated.
   • The affiliate will lose any earnings not yet claimed, and no further commissions will be credited to their account.
6. Account Deactivation:
   • Caleb University reserves the right to deactivate an affiliate’s account for any violations of these terms and conditions or any unethical behavior.
   • Deactivation will result in the forfeiture of any unclaimed earnings.
7. Promotion Guidelines:
   • Affiliates must use only approved promotional materials provided by Caleb University.
   • Affiliates must not make false claims about Caleb University or its programs.
   • Any promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Changes to Terms:
   • Caleb University reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Termination:
   • Caleb University reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time. In the event of termination, affiliates will be paid any outstanding commissions owed, subject to the terms outlined above.
10. Liability:
    • Caleb University will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including, without limitation, loss of profits or earnings.

By registering for the Caleb University Admission Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate in the affiliate program.
